Take a look at some before, during and after pictures of an imprint concrete driveway, completed by Summit Driveways in Nuneaton.
First we completely dug out the existing driveway to make a continuous level. Then we built a new retaining wall on the side.
We also put down new flat top concrete footing across the front of the driveway and poured down a bit of tarmac to level it with the public footpath.
After that we laid a new hardcore foundation with a membrane and compacted it down. For an easy access to the house, we built a 3-tiered step with bricks to compliment the house’s facade.
Finally we poured down the wet concrete mixture in Charcoal colour and imprinted a cobble pattern onto it. Our very last step was to apply a gloss finish to the whole project.
